KAGUYA Taking “Full Earth-Rise”

KAGUYA, originally named SELENE (Selenological and Engineering Explorer), was Japan’s second mission to Explore the Moon from orbit. Kaguya is Japanese for “Moon Princess.”

On April 5, 2008, KAGUYA (SELENE) was taking “Full Earth-rise” by HDTV. The rise of the earth is fantastic. We see that the effort and money to send a spacecraft to the moon is totally worth it.
