O Black Hole!

Have you ever wondered how a black hole is born? Renee Zhan answers this question with incredible imagination in her animated movie ‘O Black Hole!’ The artist depicts the origin of black holes, one of the most mysterious beings in our universe, with an epic approach by blending clay, paint, and music.

The protagonist of the movie is a young woman reminiscent of Eve. This woman can’t stand the passing of time and wants to keep everyone and everything she loves by her side forever. This desire pushes him to make a big decision one day. With this decision, he begins to devour everything he loves in order to preserve the beauty that surrounds him forever. And so she turns into a black hole.
